The topic is talking bout rainy weather and how it is depressing for this person who did not like the rain and cloudy weather. Well, compared to my culture where the weather is very dry and we face drought almost every winter. The people in my country in north Africa where the Sahara is, show emotional happiness in their faces and behavior. They feel happy of the cloudy weather and rain because they need the water for everything, for livestock, crops and water storage to use it for every day life.
