Freeloaders

     A grandma, out-of-patience with her freeloading family, writes to “Dear Abby” for advice:

     “My 43-year old daughter and three granddaughters (7, 8, and 11) and son-in-law have been guests in my house for six months.  They had been evicted from their house for nonpayment of rent, so I agreed to let them be guests for three months provided she and her husband both get jobs and save for a new place.  Still, they haven’t saved anything, and my nerves are shot.”—Fed-up

     Dear Fed-up:  “You have been more than generous, and they are taking advantage of your generosity.  Get some help to evict them.—Abby
